Throughout the school, the development of leadership is an important emphasis. Through a variety of projects and programs, students take responsible roles at Duffield. These activities include student tutoring, intramural leadership, student council, cross-graded activities, environmental projects and classroom assistant roles. Students host assemblies and concerts throughout the year, performing, and celebrating the accomplishments of their peers.
